 New Life! 

Happy New Year! 2012 is finally here, and with the new year comes fresh hope, plans, visions and goals.  Are you positioning yourself for newness?  If you are not, nor have you thought about it - perhaps you should give it some thought. 

The baby in the photo represents new life; however, he also is positioned to receive all that he needs.  He is resting, peacefully, with all of the comfort his caregiver can provide.  Look closer, his pacifier, stuffed animal, and blanket all serve to comfort him as he rests.  As the baby sleeps, new life and energy is stimulated!  Did you know that babies sleep alot because they are growing?  It is true.

My word to you is this: position yourself (as the baby) for new life.  Rest in the Lord as he is your Caregiver and Provider.  He will take good care of you!  Don't fight rest... you are growing!  Just stop long enough to recognize the tools that the Lord has strategically placed near you to accommodate your growing.
